Another Minute Milestone
I haven't posted much on here lately - well, I've been focused on other various things; such as exercise and health. So, focusing on eating healthy and exercising (and essentially rehabbing my body - lets face it, most of my gym time outside of cardio, really is for rehab purposes at the moment), I had a nice surprise yesterday morning! Site and Personal Update
Just to make this quick...first thing's first: I finally added that recipe for my salad - check out the Key Eats menu link! On another note, I started taking a BCAA powder supplment (mixed with water) Saturday, Sunday, Monday ... I learned something over those days. (Heads up - gets a bit detailed / personal)
