A Year of Change

So, short and sweet:  This post is simply going to be a reflection / overview of some of the change I've been through over the past year (starting with a smidge before hand) - mostly physical, mostly pictorial -- A LOT of pictures, heads up, apologies for potential slow loading.  So enjoy!

12 Days After Surgery (incl. lypoma pic)

This one is going to be super short-and-sweet.  I had my "follow-up" with my surgical doc; he gave me the all clear to go back to work, just be mindful of my "pain-limits" in regards to working (Hello desk duty). Also, I now have the picture of what was removed from me, and a couple pics from "8 days later".  So, WARNING - some people may be a bit squeamish with the picture of what was removed from my body (multiple lypomas).  I personally don't think it's that bad.  Anyway, you've been warned.

2 Days Later / A Surgical Update

On the 27th, I had surgery.  I had a total of 7 Lypoma's removed from my two sides.  Quick overview:  Everything went well, nothing abnormal, and I'm doing decent - especially with the meds I was given.  Want details?  You know the routine by now...

A Month Later...

So it's been about a month since my last update.  Not too much has changed.  I took my 3 week vacation, spent a week or so in Oregon, got some real gym time in with the weights...  Tell you what, click the Read More (whatever) link, and I'll go into things a bit - including some upcoming news about me, myself.
