With that said....here are a couple pictures of meals / snacks I've made:

Roughly 1/3 lb ground turkey, spinach, tomato, avocado, pickle, red onion, GF ciabatta buns... homemade sweet potato fries

Just over 1 cup of ice, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of both items shown
