2018 Goals


At this point, my goals are relatively basic - and are complete with some changes I'm going to make, as rewards.  (Modified 7/31/2018)

Naturally, I don't want to turn into a twig.  I'm involving various routines that should assist in muscle growth.  With the achievement of each goal, I will be posting pictures of some sort.  So be on the look out for those!

Do I have any "non weight goals"?  Sure I do.
  • Multiple pull-ups from a full stretched out position
  • 20+ push ups , done correctly
  • Jog 1+ miles without walking
....that's something.  At some point when I'm feeling more thoughtful, and more creative (?) , I may modify this secondary list.  But ultimately, these are my goals, and this time around, I'm not going to be stopped.

(07/15/2018) UPDATE:  I actually wrote a few things down on my dry erase board about a week ago, which is ultimately what is motivating me to push through and succeed with this endeavor of mine.  Naturally, I've added a picture of the board here...
