Another Minute Milestone

I haven't posted much on here lately - well, I've been focused on other various things; such as exercise and health.  So, focusing on eating healthy and exercising (and essentially rehabbing my body - lets face it, most of my gym time outside of cardio, really is for rehab purposes at the moment), I had a nice surprise yesterday morning!  (curious?  click the read more link)


Yeup!!  I finally broke 180!  Granted, after yesterday (and 7 too many gluten free chocolate chip cookies that my Gramma made), I'm pretty sure back in the 180's.  But, at least I finally saw the scale read lower than 180 😎 ..... the last time I was in the 170's , I'm pretty sure was my Senior year in High School.  One of the coolest parts about this...I'm just focused on maintaining a healthy diet (read: eating habits), and maintaining an exercise routine.  

Okay, that's it for this post - gotta get back to said exercise routine! :D
