Pre-Goal Reward..and stuff

As listed on the Goals page, I had "something else" listed with the 170's milestone reward / change.  Due to varying schedules, and time frames, that something else was utilized (for lack of better phrasing).  I'm going to do my best to look at it as:  "I damn well better get my weight down" .  Details after the click....

Chiropractic Visit - Go figure...

As mentioned previously, I had a Chiropractor appointment on Tuesday morning.  Totally worth the trip!  He took a couple x-rays, did some evaluations/tests, listened to me ramble on about my roller-coaster of "health" , and then turned me into a pretzel.  Want to see the hips? .....

I quasi Broke Myself

After jogging (jog, walk, jog, walk, sprint), last week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and going for a "GFS Walk" on Saturday (a walk from home to the Good Food Store and eventually back - it's about 2.2 miles one way), my body - specifically my right hip, had enough.

Goals Page Updated

I just wanted to point out, in case anyone is reading this... that I updated the Goals page earlier in the week, and just tweaked it again this morning with a tiny bit of detail.  I also put a tiny bit of effort into the Key Eats page as well, but it's not setup the way I want to - nor what someone may be expecting.  Be patient, it'll come.
