Quick Replay / Up Next [UPDATED 7/4] [UPDATED 7/6]

It's been about a week and a half since I did any updating, and I'm feeling like I should, so here's the not so fancy gist of it.  Not too long after my last post, I managed to wrench my lower back, so my workouts turned into stretching.  Lots and lots of stretching - and a few push ups.  Last week was cardio on the exercise bike (Mon, Wed, Fri) at the gym, and a lot of stretching on Tuesday and Thursday.  That routine worked out pretty good for me.  ......more details after the click......

Change of Plans

Okay, so I stated a couple Sundays ago, that I was going to rotate between DDP Yoga workouts and cardio (with possible weight lifting).  I did that last week - minus the weights.  ...and I came to a conclusion...
