A Routine, kind of post

Not a lot to really report, so going to make this short and sweet....  Simply put, here's my routine plan for this week and maybe next....

  • Monday, Tuesday - MY 'mini' workout routine (full on 30+ min mixed calisthenics and cross-training resistant bands) , and a bit extra stretching
  • Wednesday - Cardio, and stretching
  • Thursday, Friday - MY 'mini' workout routine (full on 30+ min mixed calisthenics and cross-training resistant bands) , and a bit extra stretching
  • Saturday, Sunday - Cardio, and stretching

This routine just feels solid, and comfortable for me (not to mention, very little leaving my apartment first thing in the AM).  So it may stick around a while.




**Edit:  My body has spoken (Wednesday, 6/20) - knees and back need a rest....picking things back up with the cardio on the weekend.
