Entering A New 2week Stint

It's the Sunday before I start a "new 2 week" stint in exercise, etc... As you may recall (or have noticed), I am changing things up every 2 weeks. Trying new things, exploring limits, and upgrading my routines.  This is roughly what is up with this post...

One of the things that I wanted to do during my last 2 week stint, was the DDP Yoga "Fat Burner" - so I'm going to put that in this week...and ya know what?  It's going to kick my butt, because I'm pretty sure I need a few more "Energy" sessions, but you either need to improve and progress, and get left in the dust (my attempt at a motivational 'quote' ...pretty sure I failed haha).  The other thing I'm yearning to implement, is some weights - which is just gonna add to the beat down I am about to bestow upon myself.

Exercise Outline for 6/4/2018 - 6/15/2018
  • Monday - DDP Yoga - "Fat Burner"
  • Tuesday - Gym (treadmill for 10-12min , weight machines)
  • Wednesday - DDP Yoga "Energy" ...or... rest day with simple stretching
  • Thursday - Gym (treadmill for 10-12min , weight machines)
  • Friday - DDP Yoga - "Fat Burner"
*Weight Machines:  I want to do some work with chest, shoulders, biceps, and legs (yes I just generalized the legs).  Once I get through the week, I'll make a note of what I did, what worked, what didn't, and all that fun jazz.

That wraps this one up - time to get to work on my side project!
