I Managed to get about 6 hours of sleep with a couple "intermissions" in the middle of the night, and have been up since about 3am today. Around 4am I got up, got dressed, went to the gym and hopped on the treadmill for about 20min....did some simple stretching afterwards.
199.6 - after coffee and water this morning! 💪
Around 8:30 I decided: "I'm going to walk to the Good Food Store, and have some breakfast" -- not super hungry, but as of the time of eating, it had been about 17hrs since I last ate anything (legit, I probably could have walked the 2.25 miles back home before eating, and maybe even waited until lunch time).
As I sit here and type this....I'm looking out the window of the Good Food Store, and it's quasi pouring outside. It should be an interesting and wet walk home. Good thing I enjoy walking in the rain!
Nice and short, I just felt like typing something up while eating / resting.
Stay positive, keep your head up, and keep your grind on!
