Renewing Myself

Starting up a new(ish) blog, to start the "(re)new me" - quick synopsis:  I dropped the ball a bit in 2016 2016.techrob99.me ) , and in the fall had picked myself back up and kicked major ass (best I've felt and looked since high school).  Then "life happened" and I stopped - gained weight, got out of shape...  Enter Spring of 2018, now...

I've put my foot down and am doing everything right (in regards to health and exercise), and am working on leaning/toning up, etc..  From around 217(ish) to 205 currently.  I'd say it's been a good month or so of getting things done right, and permanently.  No clue how often I'll post on here, or what I'll post.  I make no promises this time around to do "weekly updates" (for the fanbase consisting of just me).  I will post random things...get my feet wet with posting various subjects and see what works, and how I feel about it, etc.. etc..

Are you ready to roll through 2018 with me?


ME:  Fall of 2017 ...unbelievably tired.
